




Unattached Readings Command
This command finds the contigs that consist of single readings. The output can be written to a list or a file of filenames. One example use of the option is for tidying up projects by removing the trivial and unrequired contigs. In this case the list would be used as input to disassemble readings (see section Disassembling Readings).
