M-grid project documentation, the todo list

• Better instructions for users (Sepeli user guide is supposed to fix this)
• Diagrams of the whole system, both for admins and media
  • Golden Eggs diagrams already available, but a diagram of the whole network needed and maybe a less detailed diagram of one cluster for the media
• Other nice material for the media
• Improved documentation for CSC Roll and other CSC customizations to the Rocks package (Olli-Pekka)
• Refine policy documents
  • Acceptable use policy
  • System monitoring and security
  • EGEE policy documents could perhaps be used with some local adaptations?
